This morning we watched Sunday Morning on CBS. They did a story about a flight museum in Missoula, Montana. Of course there was a shot of their sign that stayed on the screen quite a while - long enough to see that the vinyl letters were peeling and distorted. It looked awful. I doubt that the CBS crew just dropped in unexpectedly.
We as group have so much control over a business' image. In this case it is not only my first impression but perhaps the only impression. It didn't make me want to visit the place.
